Very unlikely, as Homecoming weekend schedules are set very far in advance and affect nearly the entire university's operations for those couple of days.

No chance whatsoever.

They would only move it in case of emergency, such as the threat of hurricane that moved Michigan-Maryland.

You would think Homecoming would be a factor with regard to game times. However, when I was on the committee for my class's homecoming three years ago we had to schedule events with alternative times depending on when the game would be played. Until the week before homecoming we had to keep those contingency plans in place.
