In a word, yes. I've had two sources tell me now that recruiting for the 2019 class is "most likely" done -- though, as usual, one said, "something could pop up," so it's not definitive. While grad transfers are still a possibility, I am told that there is nothing to report there, either. I imagine Fitz will reward some walkons with a scholarship, but that's about it.
So, unless something falls into their laps, I think they'll sign Hull on Feb. 6 and call it a day.
