Is anyone on the board today?

such a blah performance, nothing to say. Refs did not help calling everything. Ruined the flow of game. Give MSU credit. They played great D.

Mac is a below average shooter! He was horrible today, and turned the ball over. Let Brown and Ash bring the ball up.Ash is an unselfish player and needs to be given a chance.

We could not shoot at all today. Going to have problems with real tall teams

Year after year, NU seems prone to extended FG droughts that put us in deep holes. Do all teams do that, or have I just watched too much NU basketball?

Ash is shooting a team worst 23% from the floor.

15 games into the season, Ash has made 3 more shots than I have.

He is not the answer. Sorry.

Of course. Just don't know what to say. BMac is 2-11 from the floor. We have been winning in spite of him most of the season. He needs to show up if we are to do anything in the B1G.

He made a handful of good things happen, but too often he looks like Sobolewski, which is not what we need right now.

I like how the team responded to being down 19, scrapping back into it and having a legitimate chance with 12 minutes left. Then the 10-minute drought happened. The killer to me was I think we got 3 or 4 straight stops when it was 48-44 and couldn't do anything with those opportunities. That was our chance to make them pay.

MSU's clearly not a great team, but it's always a tough place to play. We're 0-3 in Kenpom "Tier A" games now, which are the chances at real signature wins. We still have 7 more of those games on the schedule.

BMac has really regressed this year. Take away the second half of the Wake game and he has been below average. The Sobo comparison is sadly appropriate.

Exactly. We were just spent - I think if we'd have scored on a possession or two during that sequence, the morale boost would've given us a shot of energy. Didn't happen.

That is weird because I was thinking the same thing. When I start thinking just like you I become very very worried.

Bmac is our 3rd or 4th best scorer. He's very good when he plays within himself and doesn't try to do to much. Sadly he has tried to do to much often this year. He never had a natural stroke from 3 he's an average shooter. I like him so much better when he's looking to dish instead of score he has some nice passes. Benson looked really good this game. I'm still very excited about this team and that game totally changes with pardon playing!
