There were no nerves headed into Wisconsin - that was a guaranteed loss, until it wasn't.

Today, coming off the worst performance on the season, on the road, against a bad team that's getting its coach fired... pressure is on.

It's the most nervous I've been, anyway...

Tonight is the biggest game in program history, until the next game, I think.

Scottie will score 20. Cats win.

I'm hoping for the best, but expecting the worst. We're gonna get killed, I fear.
I dunno... Crean openly accused his entire junior class of quitting on the rest of the team a few games ago, while their team has looked pretty bad. I don't think that core group of players will rally around their head coach if their losing guarantees his departure. Hire Hoiberg for the Hoosiers?

NU hasn't played well for a while. Looks like fatigue, cause we've seen them play very well the first half of the season.

Hopefully everybody is rested and ready to get competitive again. And hopefully Lindsey is READY rather than just not just able to play.

GO CATS!

No, it's not, because we really only need one of the next 3 to cement a bid. Two would be better, of course, and I'd prefer not to have a conniption myself.

But if I'm Collins, I'm playing this one up. You play major college basketball to play in games like this one. To play in Assembly Hall, in front of a hostile crowd. To play in front of the eyes of the nation. To make history. How much friggin' fun is that? Embrace THAT. There's really nothing to lose tonight, but everything to gain. We're at our best when everyone writes us off. And as for this one, as the Creanster says, it's Indiana. So let's go flip the tables one more time.

Not the biggest game, especially since we have a home game vs. Michigan, which has just been a completely different team on the road then at home.

Illinois is a dam good team! Lindsey is a gamechanger, if healthy. We will win at least one of last three games with Scottie healthy.

Cats will win tonight. Lindsey will be back in form.
