EVANSTON-From gaining 15 pounds to camping with Steph Curry, it's been quite an offseason for sophomore Northwestern point guard Bryant McIntosh.

Great story. Larry Watts, Wattsy, of course. This is one of the best written pieces on the NU sites that I've read in quite a long time.
Interesting strategy for UA. Gather players from teams you are sponsoring put them in a situation where they receive excellent training with some of the best trainers and one of your sponsored pros. Everyone improves and UA looks better thus increasing the value of the contracts they have entered into.Great story. Larry Watts, Wattsy, of course.
Not surprising, but worth noting that the camp invite is definitely related to the NU Under Armour shoe deal. Nu, Maryland, Notre Dame, Seton Hall, and elite high school kids were at Curry's camp.
Honestly, I had no idea camps of this specific nature existed. I assumed that Mac was a counselor at Curry's summer hoops camp for kids. But this was far different - daily instruction from Curry and Curry-affiliated trainers, for about two dozen elite level invite only players. It's a great opportunity, and it sounds like Mac made the most of it.
He was two-plus months of awesome and one-plus month of exhausted last year - I'm very excited to see him hold up through the grind this year.
