JJTBC 11/20

In the Lions win over the Giants today, JJTBC rushed 9 times for 66 yds, caught 1 pass for 11 yds and returned 2 kickoffs for 62 yds. Glad he is getting a chance to show off his skills !
I rooted for both team's offenses -- because of Kafka for the Giants (cameo appearance in the booth) and The Ball Carrier putting up good numbers for the Lions.

I watched a little bit of the game.

It made me happy when they showed Kafka a couple of times from the booth.

It also made me happy when Justin Jackson ran for an easy 8 yards on a first down and then tossed the ball to the ref like he did for NU.

There are flashier RBs and there are faster RBs but teams that play JJ win a lot.

Was anxious to watch this one because I wanted to see the NYG O working like a finely tuned machine, but it looks like the NYG OL is mostly on the backups aren't good enough. Tough duty for Kafka. Hope things get better.

Or he gets frustrated and comes to rescue us!

I do recall that when the Lions had Justin Jackson in their training camp and assigned him to the practice squad, somebody wrote "I don't know anything about these other running backs the Lions have, but Jackson is better than all of them..."

Looks like I was right.
