Jokisch in Korea

On November 23, 2018, Jokisch signed a one-year, $500,000 contract with the Kiwoom Heroes of the KBO League.[5] He produced a 13–9 record with a 3.13 ERA over 181.1 innings in 2019. Jokisch re-signed with Kiwoom for the 2020 season on a one-year contract worth $700,000.
 
Well, OK! I'm happy for him.

I haven't been in Korea since '61 (!). There wouldn't have been $700,000 in the whole country then, it seemed. Time has worked wonders.
 
I've been there several times on business and it's a great place.
