Kafka not getting the Saints hc job

The Saints hired the Eagles OC. Wondering where Kafka will end up now. Maybe still too early for him to land at the hc position until he is successful as the OC first somewhere? There is a lot of ongoing interest but seems he needs to do more to prove he is ready to go to the next level.

He is a ways off from being a head coach. He needs to get out from under Daboll’s thumb.

You wonder about the politics involved in the hiring of these nfl coaches….

Would have to be an OC for a team that wants him to call an offense first. Being attached to Daboll won't be it. The Eagles OC position is like a HC factory - an owner who wants to win, a highly competent GM to keep the talent there, and a HC who doesn't call plays. Kafka would be better off in Philly or Detroit or somewhere like there, or a situation similar to Washington or Houston where a Defensive guy is the HC.
