It was a blow to the back of the head , Right? Hit it on the table? That is a dangerous place to get a concussion. Hopefully they were just taking every precaution.

Well maybe the head thing wasn't it and he landed funny on his shoulder. I just thought he hit his head.Guess you might be right. Collins said it was an upper body inhury and added that he had stomach trouble in the first half.
I thought he hit his head as well, and I thought they should have stopped play because of that.I thought he knocked his head on the table. He looked stunned as he sat there. No indication that he hurt his ankle.
That was one of the few they got right, it was all ball. But in general an awful day for the refs. Again. How on earth was that not a foul? A dangerous play. But the refs were awful all day as it was.

I thought they should have moved the table. Not Joking; way too much stuff and people on the sidelines.I thought he hit his head as well, and I thought they should have stopped play because of that.
Agreed. I suspected a foul but on replay thought it was all ball. Good no call on that one.
However... normally I expect players to try to adjust to how a game is called, but I can't blame players from both teams for having no idea what the refs were doing today.
Don't they usually stop play when an injured player is on the floor? That was one of the few they got right, it was all ball. But in general an awful day for the refs. Again.
What the heck is a table doing there?|I thought he knocked his head on the table. He looked stunned as he sat there. No indication that he hurt his ankle.
That was the end line. Sorry but a table does not belong thereI thought they should have moved the table. Not Joking; way too much stuff and people on the sidelines.
They generally wait for a convenient spot to stop play. Don't want to take away an advantage during play moving to basket but will stop it if that advantage is not pressedDon't they usually stop play when an injured player is on the floor?
They also called 10 more fouls on NU so not just brutal but pretty one sided.Yeah...they were absolutely brutal, for both teams (although Depaul got A LOT MORE FTs than we did. Thankfully, they don't know how to shoot them!). This kind of reffing happens waaaaay to much anymore.
Not the first time NU was outshot at the line:Yeah...they were absolutely brutal, for both teams (although Depaul got A LOT MORE FTs than we did.
Law left the game, unbeknown to most, prior to him banging his head on the floor. Fairly early in the game, he quickly....and I mean quickly, went to an immediate exit. His father noticed and went down to check on him. The NU trainers and NU bench kept looking back to see where he went. Me and Ubercat were in the first row above the tunnel that he left. It appeared to me that he had diaharea Sp? (don't mean to be crude but just saying). He had a tough time when he came back on the bench. I saw him take a tablet but he looked to fight vomiting. The pill that he took must have calmed down his stomach or whatever it was regarding this flulike actions. Then he went back in, and I guess hit his head on a drive. At least, he was sick prior, but he must have hit his head afterwards. But if you watch the tape, Law left the court and raced through the tunnel long before he apparently hit his head on a drive.I thought he knocked his head on the table. He looked stunned as he sat there. No indication that he hurt his ankle.
Many people noticed it, since he missed a ton of game action. I commented on it in the other threadLaw left the game, unbeknown to most, prior to him banging his head on the floor.
