I thought I'd take a break from the meltdown on the football board to post this. What a great guy The Babyfaced Assassin is. He couldn't have been more gracious to my family.

Anyway, you might remember that John broke his arm in the Spanish League championship game. Well, that was one hell of a break. They had to insert a rod from his shoulder to his elbow -- he showed us the scars. He's in rehab now and had this nasty bruise running along the side of his bicep as they try to loosen the scar tissue. He is hopeful that he'll be able to play this year, though.
