Lou, I know you're on vacation, but I cannot get access to The Rock. Even though Rivals says I'm logged in, it won't let me open any postings on the Rock, and I can't seem to find any tech support page to help. Has my subscription expired (I don't think so); and if so, doesn't Rivals contact me about that?

I have had the same problem Joe. I have changed my password twice just to get in. I did update my CC info yesterday, but that did nothing. This has happened to me since the format change. If anyone has answer, please let us know.

Thanks NU Greek. It's gotten even worse now; the site wasn't letting me post on the free boards, and said I had to be signed in, but when I tried to sign in I was getting some crazy Error 1001 message. Then I finally was able to get to a place where I could change my password again to sign in, but it said i was already signed in. The Rivals site has really been screwed up since they changed it a couple months ago. I used to be able to access it from my I-pad easily, but that has become almost impossible, so I have only been able to use my desktop computers, but now even that is a problem. I'm ready to cancel my subscription - no point in paying for a site I can't access. I

JoeWildcat, is your CC info up to date? I have updated everything and today it showed I was signed in to Rivals and my password was the one used a couple years back. Took me a couple more tries, but it finally went through. Are we the only two???

I had the same issue about 3-weeks ago. After I cleared my cookies, browser history, and cache the problem resolved. Agreed that Rivals (Yahoo!) clearly has some backend data base bug issues in this new design.

I can't get in either but I think it is my CC info that has changed and Right now I don't have the money cause I'm looking for work and moving.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. My CC info is fine. I ended up clearing my cache, cookies, etc., and it now seems to be working again. It seems like I run into this type of problem every couple of weeks now; never had it before and it only seems to happen on the Rivals site.

Hey guys,

Sorry about the issues, we ran into some issues on the back end with the new boards and migrating everyone over to a much better billing system. All you'll have to solve this is go to n.rivals.com and sign completely out. I'd clear cache and cookies and close the browser just to be safe, then open it up again and go to n.rivals.com and sign in again. For some reason, some people were getting caught up for a weird reason.

If you continue to have issues, either @ me or shoot me an email at leely@yahoo-inc.com

Thanks, Lyndsay. That seems to have worked for me; at least so far it's still working fine.
