Luke is too short off the tee and is not as accurate as he was 3-4 years ago. His days are numbered on tour! In a couple years he won't be in contention. Just don't see him competing on tour much longer with bombers like Dustin Johnson.

Luke has always been short and inaccurate off the tee, He was a great iron player and putter

He tried to improve his driving with his move to Chuck Cook but it was at the expense of his iron play

He is playing a little better now but his driving inadequacies persist

I think Luke has one more run in him once he figures things out again.

Luke is actually improving tremendously and is looking great in practice. He is routinely beating Keegan Bradley in practice rounds and recently took Rory to the cleaners in a practice match play 5-3. He needs to take this to the tournament course, however. What he is lacking right now is confidence, and that should come as he continues to improve. If you actually pay really close attention to his play (I'm talking shot by shot) it is clear that Luke is playing much better now than he did a year ago. The results will come around.

He managed to grab one of the spots for The Open at St. Andrews coming out of the Traveler's tournament.
