Looks like an easy win for the Terps. And whomever said Edey would not be a great pro was right on the button.

And the Purdue fans on their site are saying the refs suck again! Edey is getting abused! Maryland is good.

If all goes right, the Cats will be in line for the number one seed Sunday night at about 8.

Even if Purdue loses tonight and on Sunday, and we beat Iowa, we would still be 0.5 games out of first place on Sunday night, as Purdue would be 12-5 and we would be 11-5.

However, as Purdue does not have a midweek game next week, if we then beat Illinois on Thursday, we would be tied for first and have the #1 seed thanks to the H2H tiebreaker.

Not exactly self-reflective, as the Boilers, even if they remain a #1 seed, won't win the Natty.

they are great at home. Less so on the road. Unfortunately we have to play them there

Doesn’t matter. If we win out, we win the B1G as we own the tiebreaker. Our destiny is entirely in our hands.

Let’s keep it going. As Boo said, we ain’t finished yet.

We do not control our own destiny, as we have one more loss than Purdue. If both teams win out, they finish 16-4 and we finish 15-5.

Purdue has a tough time mentally in the road. They had an eight or nine point lead and one of the players got a technical foul.

Maryland fans got back in the game and they went on a run. Purdue folded.

Painter does a decent job getting his bigs college ready, but they are average pros at best.

Purdue fans not seeming to notice that seven of their wins came against Minnesota, Nebraska, Penn State, and Ohio State getting confused as they start playing the other top teams...
Right, in their first 8 conference games they played Minnesota twice, Nebraska twice, OSU, PSU, Rutgers (lost) and MSU (1-point win). Tissue paper soft to start. In true road games in conference, Purdue has won by 5, 2, 1, and lost by 5, 6 and 14 (I'm not counting their 22 point win at the Gophers, since they're terrible). Unfortunately they only have one road game left in their last four.

It's easy to lose perspective of how fairly mundane the entire roster, minus 1 guy, looks.

Looks like we broke them.

Will be interesting to see what happens with IU’s next game.

Would be icing on the cake to have not just swept the State of Indiana, but to have broken it beyond repair.
We can win 🥇 the Big Ten

Was responding to your statement that started with "even if Purdue loses tonight and on Sunday" and we would be 11-5 while they are 12-5. Basically if we win out in that scenario, we would be champs with the head to head tiebreaker.

Though now I see that it wasn't clear in my response, and I missed that you were basically saying the same thing in the next paragraph.
