I'm probably stretching this a bit, but Haas was limited by a hip pointer on Sunday. It'seems been widely reported he didn't practice yesterday and he'll only participate in non-contact drills before the game. However, it's also being reported Haas will play tomorrow.

I'll let the numerous amateur doctors out here speculate how effective Haase will be.

In the meantime, Purdue is down to eight scholarship players.

So a fair fight.

Haas doesn't even start does he?

I'd feel better if it were Swanigan that had the hip pointer.

Guys,

From a positive point of view, now we get to see Brown in extended minutes and he won't have to worry about getting yanked after the first mistake he makes. Also, I want to see Benson with more minutes and now we get to see Ash play more and see what he brings to the table.

I mean I think we all know what Ash brings to the table. Solid defense and can shoot the ball ok if he's open.
