That 2008 team, imo, is the most underrated in modern school history.

Defense/Receivers were loaded and you had Bacher/Sutton at QB/RB.

I think if PF was as experienced in 2008 as he was in the 2010s, that team goes 11-2.

How would 10 more years of experience have changed a 5-0 turnover deficit vs Indiana? Or changed the fact Demos didn’t understand Fitz when the head ball coach said “Do not punt the ball to Macklin?”

Fitz has had his brain dead moments, but you can’t pin the 2008 IU and Mizz. losses on him. In an otherwise great season for the Cats.

I thought we would win that bowl game, but Chase Daniels' mom was too much to overcome.
