Good stuff, thanks for putting this together. Reeeeeally hoping he's successful, but there's a whole lot of reconstruction (or just plain construction) required. So...not expecting a whole lot in the near future.

On the contrary, I'm expecting immediate and significant improvement. Seriously. I think we'll see just what a disaster JON really was... we'll see that our linebackers are not slow, that our defense can force turnovers, and we can actually keep other teams out of the end zone.

I don't expect the difference to be as drastic as it was with Chris Lowery, but I do expect that level of effort and intensity
