First time I have heard him speak, and was very impressed. Seems like he could be a leader among the OL. Says he agreed with Pat about the average play of the OL, but "95% of the things are fixable". it isn;t like they were getting physically, beat, it was about where their first step was, where their eyes were, etc. He also said that he tells the guys don't worry about what went wrong, worry about the next play. They'll fix the problems later. Very sound thinking and advice.
