I know there's a lot of football to be played and weird things happen, but I don't see MI losing a game the rest of the year. They are going to absolutely destroy MSU and I personally think they will beat Ohio State for the finale. Harbaugh is the difference. The attitude he has instilled in this team, coupled with the fact that even in the dark Dick Rod and Hoke eras they still managed to pull in top recruits turned them into instant national players on the championship scene. Great hire for UM. How long before they tire of him remains to be seen.

UM played sky high today. I would call next week a substantial risk at an emotional letdown against a very, very good opponent. If they play at the same level that they showed today, then they should go undefeated. But - as good as they are - they are 18-23 year old kids and can have an off day.

Not get up for Michigan State?

Sir, for you to even suggest an emotional letdown by U-M against MSU, especially after the past 7 years of the rivalry, shows you know almost nothing about Harbaugh and the U-M team. That is the craziest suggestion I have ever heard.

I grew up in Alabama. I know this is hard to believe but UM/MSU and even UM/OSU is nothing emotionally compared against Auburn/Alabama. Yet, in my life I have seen both Auburn teams and Alabama teams come out flat for that game. Right now, UM is riding a two game high of playing incredibly well. MSU is not playing well but is a good team. It is possible that UM is the team that never has a letdown. But that is something that I have never seen. If UM is normal, then they will have a bad Saturday at some point. Hopefully for you that will come against a lesser opponent and y'all will win anyway.

However, just because the game is important and means a lot to the players is no guarantee against that happening. You have what appears to be a great team. I believe that you can run the table. But there most likely will be a bad game coming. Hopefully you will win it anyway.

Let downs do happen, but not when one team has kicked your arses for seven years.

So you're saying seven years is some critical threshold after which let-downs don't occur? What happened the last 6 years?

UM's receivers still aren't fast and for that matter, neither are their RBs (have one w/ pretty decent speed) and Rudock is a game manager.

The big diff. w/ UM this year under Harbaugh is the O-line (much more physical) and the secondary (better schemes).

If dSOU plays up to their talent, can beat the Fighting Harbaughs but should be a different story w/ Sparty (inexperienced secondary and depleted O-line).
