Just as they did in the first half, Northwestern gets off to a quick start to the second half. 42-23 NU thanks to a 5-0 spurt.
Loved the effort tonight. But why were Mac, Tre and Olah playing after the 10 minute mark? Would have loved to see Ash, Lindsey, Falzon, Skelly and Pardon for most of the last 10.
Pardon saw plenty of action in the 2nd half. No need to play him more. He'll be needed down the stretch. Skelly and Lindsay saw minutes relatively early in the 2nd half too.
Regarding BMac, I get the sense Collins wanted to keep him riding the positive momentum of tonight's performance. He sat much more than usual the last 3 games with the lopsided results.
Believe it had a lot to do with Minny keeping their starters in and pressing the whole time.
And Demps?
Perfect chance to play ash and lindsey in real time for extended period.
What?
What?
You're a bit of a broken record. Maybe you should express your opinions directly to Collins.
It might also help if you came across as having some balanced observations.

And stop picking your nose, and zip up your fly!
(It's been a tough day for you on the boards today, hasn't it xzybob. Let's chill out and go zip lining.)
He'll probably ask Collins if he wants to open a betting account at his bookie site, too.
No bad losses like football??? All the football losses were to highly ranked teams. Penn State home loss was ugly and non-competitive (I was there) and they've only won 2 BIG games so far. The Indiana and Michigan State losses were at least as embarrassing (if you want to call them that) as the three football losses this year. I actually enjoy your passion xyzbob, but you often overstate your case to fit your narrative. No horrible losses this year - PSU was bad, but not like NU FB losses this year
