More good news -- Trevor Siemian makes Broncos final roster

Doesn't that translate to a significant increase in what he will be paid over being on the practice squad? Either way, happy for Trevor.

The Broncos are opening the season with 3 QBs on the roster, good news for 7th-round pick Trevor!
Wow!! Way to go Trevor. Most NFL teams only keep 2 QBs now - this is a huge accomplishment, and virtually unimaginable last fall when he tore his ACL. Look forward to following his pro career.

Siemian took up a roster spot even tho he (barring injuries to 2 QBs) likely won't ever see the field this season.

Basically, the Broncos weren't willing to risk losing Siemian on waivers - and are either looking for him to battle Osweiller for the starting job when PM is done (that is if they decide to go ahead and pony up some $$ to resign Osweiller) or battle whatever FA they sign in the off-season if they let Osweiller go.

Looked pretty safe, but it's official - Corbin Bryant sticking with the Bills (and Ryan knows his defensive players); really proud of and thrilled for Bryant (really wished the Steelers had kept and let him develop).

Peters played well enough but was stuck behind a logjam of LBers for the Vikings (who also released Mauti, who is finally healthy and has more upside than Greenway), but think the Vikings are hoping to sign him to the PS.

Also FYI - another former 'Cat who looks to be getting a significant raise is JA Happ.

After an inauspicious start after being traded to the Pirates, Happ has given up 2 runs in his last 5 starts (that Pirates pitching coach has some mojo), basically taking over for an injured AJ Burnett.
