It looks like Brian Kelly is staying in contact with NU commit Rod Campbell. Campbell, though, is resolute in his commitment:
"I'm solid on my commitment to Northwestern," Campbell explained. "That's where I'm going to go. There are no other schools that I'm thinking about right now."
But while Campbell claim that he isn't looking around at other schools, that doesn't mean that the Irish have shut the door on him — yet.
"I have been keeping in contact with [Notre Dame head coach] Brian Kelly. He said that I'm welcome, if anything happens, but I called him when I was committing to Northwestern, and I told him that I'm very confident with my decision and that I don't want to decommit from anywhere," Campbell said.
