Shows you that puking multiple times during practice is vastly overrated. And as they say in the world of finance, past performance may not be indicative of future performance.

These kind of wins are especially sweet when the opponent's fans like to run their mouth(s) on our board. But the fans notwithstanding, good luck to the Husker football team the rest of the way. You are a very fun opponent because most of the games have been very close and competetive. Good series.

Game ball to the OL, Hilinsky, Hull, Porter, DL, LBs.

And NU fans - if you're going to get on anybody's case on the defensive coaching staff - whoever is coaching DBs needs to reemphasize assignment defensive football. That long scrambling pass completion might have been the worst exibition of players being out of position that I have ever seen, and could have lost the game. Was the secondary too busy watching the dance behind the line of scrimmage and forgot who they were supposed to cover? Where was the safety on that side?

JON's defense was, for most of the game, adequate, except for breakdowns in the defensive secondary. The call to blitz Coco was most excellent both times JON made it.

Nebraska fans puked 20 times watching that game:
- blew 2 double digit leads
- Terrible onside kick call
- we ran the ball over their face when it counted most
- blown coverage on Niro TD
- late TD to close out half and give up lead
- interceptions on tipped balls
- no pass rush
- black shirts are history
- long ass trip to lose
