The bad news is that he could. Good news not likely till he has undergrad degree, Bad news likely to RS at the position and graduate in 3 years so leave with best two years somewhere else

My first thought was "Isn't Carson Wentz about the same age as David Braun?"
Wentz last played at ND State in the 2015 season.
Braun showed up there in Jan 2019?
