Next year's Michigan State Spartans will be your beloved wildcats!

NW (sorry Midvale, couldn't resist) will be a contender in both hoops and football! You heard it here first!
I agree!

Won't losing Olah and Demps hurt Northwestern next season?
Olah and Dumps both gave their all for NU but neither was the dominant Senior we had hoped. The return of Law, continued improvement of the underclassmen and the highly regarded new entries should be a net gain.

I must have watched a different NU team down the stretch. The Olah and Demps I saw were the two best NU players on the floor......

Here it is again, the Resurrection of Law. I hope to gosh that he blows you and others away. I'm not saying I'm a hater, but he has had two major shoulder issues and did not light the world on fire as a frosh. I don't think that we have fair expectations.

This is very true. Shoulder issues are a big deal. I think it is far from 100% that Vic is able to fully recover. The good news is that he definitely showed that he can be a big deal at NU in his first year and he will help out big time if he can come back physically competent.

Ahhhh!!!! Vedran flashbacks! "Oh, and it popped out again."

Vedran remains one of my favorite wildcats. He set the stage for the Shurna-Juice run at least as much as Jitim. Loved both of those guys.

I'm worried about losing Olah. The offense had a much easier time getting open jump shots with a low post threat; I just don't see Pardon nor Benson developing their skills fast enough to replace that. I think Demps will be replaceable for the most part, we have a few guys who can step up in the scoring column and I think both Lindsey and Law are an upgrade on defense. Rapolas will add a much needed slashing threat and will be an absolute terror on the fast break, I hope we find ways to integrate him in the offense next to good shooters like Falzon and Lindsey.
