Please - no more night games ever!

We just suck in them. Our coaches suck and do all sorts of crazy stuff, and we seem to always play really, really badly.

Why don't we just put an end to them? They do us no good. It feels like we used up a century's worth of night mojo in the 54-51 game...

Television rules the world. The schools have little to do with it.

And that wasn't even a night game. 2:30 start. Recently the Vandy win was at night. But Purdue, Ohio State, Penn State, and many other losses do stand out.

This was the first night game victory I remember since 2004

We won night games over Western Michigan (and possibly Syracuse if you count 5 PM as a night game) in 2013 and Vanderbilt in 2012.

We beat tOSU in a night game, and almost beat them a second time in a night game (although you may be right since that latter game may have killed us for the rest of that season and the next).

Also that victory vs. Ohio St. in 2014 was one of the most memorable games in recent NU history, day or night.

I have a pretty good memory, so I cannot believe I forgot our victory over the national champs last year. Somehow, it could not have been too memorable.;)

One thing I think particularly hurts us in night games in the fall is that the dew collects on the grass at night and you wind up with a slippery ball and guys slipping around. Thorson's second fumble, IMO, only happened because the crappy snap hit the wet grass and made the ball slipperier than Thorson was expecting when he went down to get it.
