NCAA considering elimination of spring transfer window

Adam Friedman breaks down the NCAA's proposal to eliminate the spring transfer portal window in football.

The guy makes it sound like these things get rubber stamped. If admissions/timing are basically a deadly hindrance on our ability to recruit from the winter portal opening, this seems like a pretty terrible development for NU unless something gives.
