It would be an impressive win streak. 5 games in a row. A home stand sweep. 8 and 2 over the last ten B1G games including ranked opponents.
It is kind of a no excuses game too. Extra day of rest and preparation for fresh legs and fresh looks. Home game with a crowd who have figured out how to make an impact. I bet that has been surprising players and coaches who have played at NU before.
If Iowa can beat NU twice, hats off to them but it is hard to beat a good team twice in the B1G especially when the second game is at home. I find myself having a hard time adjusting to the reality that NU is that kind of team but they have come from behind and won, they have given up big leads and still won, they have won when the offense is cold. They seem to "Just win, Baby."
