Non-conference schedule finalized

Here are last season's KenPom rankings:

Binghamton (311 of 363)
Dayton (79)
Western Michigan (323)
Rhode Island (255)
Mississippi St (53) / WSU (67)
NIU (250)
Detroit (200)
Chicago State (293)
DePaul (135)
ASU (55)
Jackson State (304)

Three top-100 opponents is pretty standard for our non-conference schedules. Then six sub-250 opponents, which is a little higher than I'd like. Nice to see a few more midwestern opponents (first game (EDIT: second game) against NIU since 2010, first game against WMU since 2014 and first against Detroit since 1956). This is the first time we'll play Jackson State.

Here are the final NET ratings for each team and the quadrant that each game would fall into:

Quad 1
(none)

Quad 2
N #53 Mississippi State OR #79 Washington State
N #61 Arizona State

Quad 3
H #77 Dayton
A #155 DePaul

Quad 4
H #212 Detroit Mercy
H #255 Northern Illinois
N #263 Rhode Island
H #297 Binghamton
H #302 Chicago State
H #308 Jackson State
H #326 Western Michigan

Best chances here for Q1 wins are to beat Mississippi State and ASU and have them get into the top 50. Dayton would have to be top 30 and DePaul would have to be top 75.
