As a bit of an ugly observation, while the "typical" elite male basketball player has the weight of a feather compared to his height, in watching the Iowa-Minnesota WBB game last night, many of the women looked like Mack trucks in comparison. Their relative higher weight to height ratio really translates into a notable lack of athleticism. Anyway, back to the original subject of Mr Bennerman.
