The Wildcats open as nine-point underdogs as they look to pick up their biggest win of the season in Bloomington.

I don't feel very good about this matchup with NU's offense struggling the way it is. Maybe Tre's new do will bring out his old stroke from deep.

Nice start. Not enough scoring potential in this starting lineup with Demps still bad.

18-13 at the under-12 timeout. Olah and Demps had all of the Wildcats' points, helping them weather a 10-0 start by the Hoosiers

25-18 with 7:24 left. Olah and Demps have combined for all of Northwestern's points and two of its three assists. Indiana meanwhile is scorching hot offensively, shooting 60 percent from the field and 5-for-9 from deep

Will anybody besides Demps and Olah show up today? Alex looks very good.

This team really isn't anywhere close to making the NCAAs. We still don't have nearly the athletes the rest of the Big10 has. IU can dribble right around us and then create open looks. And watch IU on D. They body up to our guys all over the court and we can't get by them. Depressing.

Wait till next year. I hope Rap, Brown bring it. Our team is tough to watch

Sure hope Collins schedules something in the non-conference other than bums of the week. He did this team no favors. NIT would be a very big achievement this year and I would bet against it right now.

Hard to play a zone against a team that shoots like Indiana. They are just toying with us.

The thing is that they can blow by our guys and get into the lane. That kills a zone and leaves wide open shots.

Good news: Olah and Demps look great, with 24 pts. Bad news: Rest of team has scored 2 and no one is playing defense. IU up 43-26 at half.
