Bryce Gallagher and Xander Mueller, who have started 20 games together, are both racking up big tackle numbers.

Xander Mueller tallied a career-high 19 tackles last week against Iowa. I talked to him and Bryce Gallagher about the LB corps this season.

Linebacker was without question a weakness last year, and they have rebounded decently as a whole.

They were a source of so much anger and frustration on these boards last year (and not just from me, Coral!!). However, this year, it seems like their play has been pretty solid. I sometime had a hard time believing a change in coordinator and scheme could make that much of a difference, but it sure seems like LB play is one clear example of how they can.
