That's crazy. My son is class of 2019 too and he hasn't even started thinking about which schools he's interested in, yet alone ready to make a commitment to one. Of course, he's not a high rated quarterback, but still..... class of 2019 means he's just finishing his sophomore season. I'm glad I'm not a college coach.
