NU vs. Vanderbilt: 3:30 PM CT approx., TBS

It is difficult to sync up. The radio and TV feeds can be off by as much as a minute in my experience and it difference changes at the breaks.
All of the network announcers are terrible compared to Dave Eanet and if you have a DVR you don't have to put up with them.

But don't listen to broadcast radio. Listen to wgnam.com over the Internet and use a DVR to control the video. The Eanet Internet feed is always behind the live video, usually by about one to two minutes. I hit pause when the tip off is in the air and then wait for Eanet to say "the ball is in the air". I immediately hit play and can usually sink the two together within one to two seconds. Can then fine adjust using a quick pause or fast forward. I like to delay the audio just one second behind the video, not the other way around.

It's the only way to really enjoy Cat's basketball and football. Can't stand any of the network announcers. BTN is a little better than CBS, but none compare to Dave for sheer enjoyment.

I like many of the network announcers and I never mute the TV. CBS/Turner have a great roster of broadcasters for the NCAAs. Catalon is near the bottom of the list, but he's still pretty solid.

Does anyone know what time the Saturday game would be?
No they won't decide this until after the Thursday first round games are played. But... you can make some guesses. There are 4 sites with 2 games each (Buff, Mke, Orlando, SLC for Sat). The timing groupings are as follows (all Eastern, times approximate):
12pm / 2:30pm
5pm / 7:30pm
6pm / 8:30pm
7pm / 9:30pm

We can pretty much guarantee they won't make the one Western venue the early games as the first would start at 10am local. That will be Orlando or Buffalo. So the 6 options are 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 7:30pm, 8:30pm, 9:30pm. Because we are the most Western venue and will likely have Gonzaga and Arizona as the two headline teams for our 2nd round games, I think there's a better than average chance SLC has 7pm and 9:30pm Eastern (5pm and 7:30pm Mtn), but I don't doubt that CBS / the NCAA would override that if they felt another lineup makes the most sense for TV purposes. I don't really have any insight as to whether NU vs Gonzaga or VCU / St Mary's vs Zona is more likely to get which of those slots... perhaps you could argue we are prob earlier if SMU wins (two west coast teams later) but they also stuck Gonzaga as the first game of the 4 in SLC on Thursday so who knows.
