Hey guys, Richie from the PSU & RU Rivals sites here. Just wanted to drop by and post about Princeton transfer RB Ryan Butler. He is a former top 30 recruit from Bergen Catholic over in New Jersey and entered the portal after just one season with the Tigers where he carried the ball 128 times for 484 yards and 11 touchdowns.
So far he has heard from Northwestern, he also heard from Boston College, Cal, Colorado, Iowa State, Penn State, Tennessee and Vanderbilt. He told me the only visit he has planned is to visit Northwestern in the next few weeks.
Personally I could see him ending up with NW, as he is obviously a kid who cares a ton about academics hence Princeton. Personally I like the kid a lot, he runs hard and if he didn't commit to Princeton so early, he would've been a P5 recruit easily imo.
