Very surprised to see Ed Morrow Jr. will transfer from Nebraska. He is the third guy to leave this season. Recall that Andrew White left last year and had a very good year at Syracuse. Wonder what the deal is in Lincoln.

Tough blows for that program. They'll be much easier to handle without Morrow next season, not to mention Fuller.

Things were really looking up in Lincoln a few years ago with the new basketball facilities and the NCAA tourney run. Now things have turned sour and it's hard to fathom because Coach Miles is not known to be unbearable. Maybe it's the school or the location.

Unclear (<--) why he is transferring or others have recently.
“It is hard to leave home, and Nebraska is my home. I was born and raised here, it is my parents’ alma mater, and I have a lot of friends here. But sometimes you have to venture out to pursue dreams and aspirations in a career. This is a sacrifice I have to make to better myself.”
So, he's a local product, the son of Nebby alumni, and was playing a lot as a Soph, and doing quite well, especially as a rebounder....seems to "play taller" than his 6-7 height...prob would've played even more next year. Either he didn't get alone well with the staff, or perhaps just wants to play in a more competitive team...OTHO it doesn't seem that he will get an offer from the Kansas/Kentuckys of the world....or would play a lot in one such program if he did...So, who knows what he will eventually get, and what is going through his mind.
Anyhow, Nebby may still be a tough opponent:
"The Huskers return three starters and seven of the team’s top 10 scorers from the 2016-17 team, while welcoming a trio of newcomers, including Georgetown transfer Isaac Copeland and Miami transfer James Palmer Jr., and incoming freshman Nana Akenten." However, both transfers must sit out a year, AFAIK.
