OT: Minny AD is out

I'm shocked and feel sorry for the rest of the Minny Athletics Department. I had a chance to spend some time with Norwood and several members of his staff several weeks ago, and I was very, very impressed with him and his staff and what they have done and are doing at Minny. The department is in good hands with Beth Goetz, but anytime there is an unexpected transition like this, it will take a toll on their programs. I think Minny is very fortunate to have Jerry Kill right now because he is the type of guy who will be able to keep the football program going without missing a beat.
People think that I choose not to drink alcohol because of moral objections to it. I personally have no moral objections to drinking. I choose not to drink for several reasons. Not the least of which is that it just takes one night where I get drunk and think I am more attractive than I am or funnier than I am to embarrass myself or negatively impact the rest of my life.
If I am going to say or do something(s) stupid that will ruin my life, I would rather do it while sober.
That's why you should drink alone in the privacy of your own house. You can get drunk as you want and nobody is their to judge you except your dog, but he's not going to tell anyone.

Well, drinking alone wouldn't have stopped this guy from getting into trouble unless he didn't have his phone with him...
Exactly. The phone and the internet take away from the home as a safe haven for drunkenness quite a bit.
I drink alone at home quite often. I've found leaving the phone and Computer on the other side of the room is quite effective. Sending an inappropriate picture may seem like a good idea, motivating yourself to standup to walk across the room get your phone is whole different issue.
Also, keep the phone out of your path to the bathroom. You'll get motivated to get up to piss.
