It boggles my mind that she did that song with Bryan Adams, which was quite good.

I binged on Tina videos over those couples days after her passing. After a few too many 80s videos, I wondered if I liked the idea of Tina more than some of the 80s over-produced stuff. I especially suggest "Typical Male" for some heavy cheese.

But then someone reminded me about her in "Gimmie Shelter."

Just an incredible performer with an incredible life. I hope she's resting with the same peace she seemed to find later in life.

I was fortunate to have attended a concert with Tina at the San Diego County Fair decades ago. Tina’s energy was incredible esp when she and her dancers performed “Proud Mary”. She was just electrifying performing live in concert.
