OT: Worst non-call of targeting

I know it is sometimes easy to get on the officials for missing holding calls, obvious facemasking calls (esp those that would have resulted in offsetting penalties, leaving 3rd and 3), but I don't think many can compare to this from the OU-Baylor game. Hard to believe no call on this - good news is that the "targeted player" got right back up. If there ever was a video to be used as an example of targeting, this should be it


 
I was watching live and the announcers made no mention of it either. I thought it was bizarre, as it was so blatant.
 
Totally agree; saw it live. Think I remember the guy that did it had to retrieve his mouth guard that went flying.
