Vanderbilt beat Florida today for the first time in a while to make it to 5-6 and likely bowl eligible. Barf.

Iowa and Maryland are tied 10 in the 4th quarter but watching it for a minute nearly put me to sleep early.

Maryland is giving OSU all they can handle, down 33-30 in a pretty wild scoring sequence here in the 4th. Winner winner chicken dinner. Go Terps!

Kinda glad Fleck loses this, to be honest. MN (Fleck) fcked up badly in the 4Q. No way they should have lost this game.

Also it increases the odds that Ferentz will keep his son as their offensive coordinator. If they finish 8-4 and make a nice warm bowl, there’s no need to change things.

The end of the Maryland game gave me bad flashbacks to our 2013 OSU loss. The game was essentially over - Tagavailoa was hurt scrambling to avoid another sack, but was sack-fumbled by OSU’s stud DE which resulted in an easy defensive TD by OSU to go up 42-30.

Terrible way to lose that game. But at least they have 6 wins and will likely win next week to get 7 and a decent bowl.

Interestingly, Maryland should have fair caught on their kickoff return. Maybe I’m wrong about Fitz/Genyk’s philosophy there…

This year's Maryland team is the head-scratcher in the B1G. They had both OSU and Michigan on the ropes yet got blown out by PSU - I believe just last week. Go figure. They can be a very dangerous team at times and very talented on offense when Tua is right
