Passing Game ?

Okay, I enjoyed my one day of celebrating with good old clean, cut American fun (watching the Bears)...but know I want to go back and work on the passing game......I am continually amazed that we win with not all wheels on the wagon rolling....but why isnt the passing game working? Lots of components and factors....Oline,qb, receivers,scheme,opponents Defense. I am guessing that teams will start to load the box to stop the run soon.. So what do we need to do to get the passing game going.?.
