I'm happy with the win last night despite the closeness of the game (I predicted 20-17, so I wasn't far off, though I wanted to be).
However, one thing that REALLY frustrated me last night was in the last few minutes of the game when NU was protecting a lead and hiking the ball with 15-20 seconds left on the play clock. I understand playing your regular offense/pace as long as possible, but with three or four minutes left, you can think about taking some time off the clock. By the end of that drive, the Cats were doing that, but the nearly-incomplete pass (the one that was overturned) came on a sideline route and 18 seconds on the play clock when it was hiked. Even if you're not going to run the ball there, that's not exactly a safe, keep-the-clock-running play.
Fortunately, NU got the call and was able to get the clock all the way down to 11 seconds or something before the final play, but they made it harder than they had to.
