at least at CFN (Scout) they have us ranked at 49 this year, ahead of Duke at 52. Our other opponents must seem to be on down years as well. Stanford is ranked 30, minny 43, PSU 45, Iowa 47. Our only opponent in the top 25 is Wisconsin at 20.

Regarding Stanford and Duke, both DL's are decimated through graduation. Maybe that's good for our QB situation to just rely on Stonewall.

Of course scout also says that our OL is our strength this year and says it will 'pave the way for Jackson as it is strong". And says our wr are fine. I don't know who writes these articles. That said, maybe our opponents won't be as good as I thought. I mean, I thought Minny would be tough but I saw that they lost that stud TE and RB and many along the front. It isn't like we really lost anyone significant other than Campbell imo. And certainly we didn't lose any bigtime playmakers that would altar game plans on either side of the ball.

Oh well, getting excited
