Possibly. But it is also true. I was not at the game but the difference in posters was night and day. The Stanford folks are not very active on their board and certainly were not on ours. The few Stanford folks that came on here were polite. The only problem was that a Cal fan followed them over and started trolling Stanford on our board. It was somewhat entertaining but spoke volumes about Cal posters (if not Cal fans). Is this droski bait?
I noticed that too, Seattle. Even pointed out to my wife how classy Stanford's players seemed to be.Yesterday the teams obviously had deep respect for each other. They helped opposing players up and patted them on the back. None of the cheap shots, late hits and trash talking that we experienced against Cal.
Before the last snap, the Stanford defensive line players were actually congratulating the NU offensive line players they were battling against. It was cool to see. A lot of these players looked at both schools before making their decisions and this was a clean fought battle.I noticed that too, Seattle. Thanks for pointing this out, you are absolutely correct. I hope we never have to play Cal again.Yesterday the teams obviously had deep respect for each other. Or NU posters who troll other boards?Possibly. But it is also true. I was not at the game but the difference in posters was night and day. I have wondered about that. I have never gone to another board to troll but know that some of our folks find it entertaining to do so. As I have stated in previous posts, I don't get the entertainment value of that.Or NU posters who troll other boards?

I freely admit that I go to other boards after a victory (especially a surprise victory) to see the reaction of their fanbase. Notre Dame was very entertaining last year. But I do not post or troll. Just read their reactions.I have posted on other boards, but never to troll. Sometimes I just like to get more info on an opponent or comment on opponent that I respected. When the locals don't want me there I stop posting.
