One of my good friends is a Rutgers diehard fan - believe it or not, they do exist. He can’t attend the NU-Rutgers game in two weeks, which got me thinking.
We’re sadly accustomed to our season ticket holders selling prime seats to opposing fan bases and infiltrating Ryan Field. Does anyone else want to know what that would feel like against a B1G opponent?
My proposition: my buddy has 4-6 tickets available deep in the Rutgers section. He hosted me at a game a few years ago and I recall them being pretty nice seats - I think rows 33 & 34. His basketball season tickets put me right behind the NU bench when they played in Piscataway during the tourney year.
Is anyone else attending the game and interested in taking over a few seats over in the Rutgers ST holder section? I’m checking on here although I doubt that many people on this board are trekking to NJ for the game. If it’s just me & a local alum friend, I’ll likely just purchase a ticket or two in the NU section.
If interested, reply on this thread to let me know. I’m also down to meet at a tailgate in case anyone wants to talk NU football before or after the game. I’m going to Uber to and from the game so plan on having a good time... just beware, if I get tipsy I may tell “behind the scenes” football stories that I shouldn’t.
