Just curious if anyone else has requested changes to their season tickets before and how the process was handled? For the past two years I've requested to be moved from Section 130 to 127 (for the price and we like being closer to the students/band). Last year I didn't get any acknowledgement at all of my request. This year I was contacted, expressed my interests, and then today I received my season tickets only to discover they are the same as last year. I get that maybe my request to move to 127 cannot be accommodated for whatever reason (although I'd find it hard to believe that any section is honestly sold out), but I'm not even getting a "sorry" acknowledgement here.
