Season Ticket Question...

Just curious if anyone else has requested changes to their season tickets before and how the process was handled? For the past two years I've requested to be moved from Section 130 to 127 (for the price and we like being closer to the students/band). Last year I didn't get any acknowledgement at all of my request. This year I was contacted, expressed my interests, and then today I received my season tickets only to discover they are the same as last year. I get that maybe my request to move to 127 cannot be accommodated for whatever reason (although I'd find it hard to believe that any section is honestly sold out), but I'm not even getting a "sorry" acknowledgement here.
 
I've requested a move a couple of times (I'm in 126), but it's basically been ignored. I'm not a huge contributor, but I have purchased season tickets for more than 20 years and have put a few thousand into the program at this point, so it gets a little irritating, especially when I see visiting fans sitting in seats on the 40 or 50.
 
Thanks for the reply, Pa...I get that even with a smaller fan base they can't necessarily look after every little request, but my rep and I exchanged several emails and calls in May...I can't imagine the # of ticket modification requests are very many, this just seems like bad service.
