Again, per Sagarin, Robert Morris is rated 240 compared to Howard's 202, so I would not say they are one of the better FCS teams. They did have a 1 point loss to 207 Hampton and a 10 point loss to 124 EMU. Morehouse, who they scored 65 against, is not D1.
