Hi Fellow Northwestern Fans! I'm a 2014 Northwestern/Kellogg grad and the company I co-founded is working on a Northwestern product that the BIGGEST Wildcat fans are going to want. It's not for everyone--this really is for the die-hard fans with a shrine to Northwestern in their house and/or office (or someone looking to start that shrine). You can be the first to find out by signing up at northwestern.launchrock.com. This is an officially licensed Northwestern product that will be ready for the holidays.

Signing up and sharing will get you $50 off when we release this. It's bobblehead related and BIG!

Let me know if you have any questions...but I can't share too much yet!

Thanks,

Phil

Also, if someone could help me out...should I post this to the basketball board as well or will this post be sufficient? I don't want to get in trouble : )

Without some info as to what this big thing is, I'm going to lobby for this post to be removed as spam.

This is good.... You'll probably get in trouble though as you're violating rivals policy by posting commercial offers. You're Kellogg grad so I think you'll be ok though. You should just said Northwestern though. Never got why Kellogg people like to separate themselves but I digress

Haha...I never got the big distinction either shakes3858. Since this is a member's only forum, I'll give some more information...it's bobblehead related and BIG! Our Big 10 neighbors in the Cheesehead state already have some.

Yes...what are your thoughts?
Too much money, too gaudy, and I don't have the room. I live downtown in a condo. Basically, if I'm pay $700 for a piece NU merchandise, I can buy that or buy a game warn autographed uniform. I could probably find someone to sell me their gator bowl ring too.

I would not invest in it. Your target audience is people that hit all of the following categories:

1. Huge NU fan - probably season ticket holder
2. Has a house or apartment big enough for such a thing
3. Has a room in their house dedicated to sports or leisure
4. Has that much money in their "Pure Luxury" account
5. Has very few other hobbies or luxuries compared against their disposable income such that this item would rise to the top of their priority list for that money.

Once you narrow it down by all of those criteria, the target audience is tiny.

Just out of curiosity... could you name a couple of Kellogg profs? Your original post seems pretty spammy. I could see how you could change five words and modify it for any school. Adding "Kellogg" was a nice touch, though.
