Geez, offensively, Indiana looked almost uncoached out there. Lots of sideways dribbling and directionless ball movement and then, poof, a three or a dunk. I don't know that there was a plan other than 'get a shot off before time runs out'.

IU played well and, obviously the game was never in doubt, but it was a case of IU outclassing NU in terms of overall talent, and nothing more. No rhythm on either side from NU last night.

That's why I said I hate teams like Indiana. Cream basically told them to go out and play AAU ball all year.

Wildly inconsistent and largely dependent on whether they shoot lights out. There's nothing you can do about it because you don't have the talent, but is not pretty to watch.

They did finally adjust their defense from that ridiculous switching nonsense that cost them the first game vs us and only confused their own players the first few minutes of the BTT game. Once they played man vs. us, we were toast.

Indiana played great. They hustled to every loose ball. They made Olah and Demps uncomfortable. And they destroyed us on the offensive glass despite not having a center. Even Yoga Farrell was banging down low with Olah. I always support my cats, but indiana deserved the W.
