You may love the logo, but I bet the head coach doesn't. Rumor has it he hates the N-Cat. Guess WNUR isn't up to speed on the branding of NU athletics.
Yeah, I thought they were phasing out the NCat. It also did not look good on a purple banner as the purple Ncat got lost on the background and it looked like "W-UR." Would rather see them use a white sculpted N.

That's not the new logo-- that's the old one. I will speak with the Sports Director about that. The new logo is the very clean purple on white with the sculpted N that you will see on the banners to the right of the article. Here is a link to their twitter page that has the new logo.
