So how does it work tomorrow? We request an upgrade or renewal....then what?

you reorder your tickets. If you want to upgrade your seats then that process starts later in february i believe.
A few wrinkles though this year. NU is not making endzone season tickets available for anyone. If you have endzone seats, you will be asked to move to corners or sidelines.
Endzone will be reserved for NU.
Out of state zip codes, particularly from Ohio will be under greater scrutiny.

So I guess my question is, How do I upgrade? Do I renew then it asks me to upgrade in February? Or am I missing something?
